Hey Chix nice to see you got out for a rip on the new toy. How do you find that new superjet as compared to your older 701 series ?? I’ve heard the four stroke is more torquey coming off the line but you can really feel the additional weight compared to the old one. What are your thoughts on it??
I've replied in depth on one of these videos on the differences, I'll see if I can find it sometime. In short though, you feel the weight. I don't race any more so wouldn't know how to compare there, but I prefer the speed of the new one, and it carves well enough. Not sure why people hate them so much. Edit: couldn't find any comment here, so must have been on Facebook. The new one is bigger and heavier, and if you are a die hard 2 stroke fan then you probably might as well stick with the old one. The four stroke powerband is quite different. I prefer it, and even though it is bigger I love having more power to get out of its own way, more top speed, and new ski reliability!
@@ChixLife I would imagine the extra weight in general helps with the carving and cornering. Did you install any sponsons yet ?? Make sure you hold on at 55mph hahaha water feels like concrete sometimes. There’s gonna be so much performance stuff for those if there already isn’t, intake manifolds, exhaust headers, camshafts lol or go crazy turbo
What Pro Racers do your see on Superjets? What pro racers work with stock pumps? Put weight over the pump to get traction in certain situations in a stock hull, doesn't mean you need to lean back your upper body and unsettle the ski. Race water is different than playing around on a lake. Maybe if you are trying to slide you can lean back and do a tail stand. Practice, and learning the platform you are working with in different situations.
Great video! First time ive seen that tray extender! Looks nice. Super happy to have anothe Bad to Rad video in the series
Amazing find this video. Gonna try this feet position this weekend!
Bring it to genes this weekend! I wanna ride one with a kicker to see if i can justify the expense.
We're birthdaying this weekend, but would love to come out sometime and you can ride it!
Nice!

Lean back? I was always told to lean forward. Look at pro racer pics. They’re up over the front of the ski

Use rainx on you camera. Your welcome. 👍👍👍
Yep, that and licking it. I'm lucky to charge it these days 🤣

Ich würde im GFK keine Niete pressen. Aber muss ja jeder selber entscheiden. Da gibt es bessere Möglichkeiten zum einkleben.
Have u installed a bilge pump in your superjet?
I have not.
