That string/vein thing at the underside/bottom is something that is really normal at the upper part of a scrotum… so I think your right in that they molded this from a ‘live one’

hey chase, have you tried cutting the flared bit off the bottom of the stroker? if you do it cleanly, you won’t damage the silicone, and you might get a better base for interfacing with your junk
