Hi guys, great to see your efforts being rewarded with veggie and fruit yield, its exciting isn't it! I once lived in a house that backed onto dairy cattle country so I dug a garden behind the back fence, I checked on it weekly because we had good rain and sun, in 1 week the zucchinis grew from about 2inches to over a foot long with a diameter of3 ins, we ate them in every way you could think of stuffed, fried, boiled, baked, I didn't know about bread and cakes then but had known they would have been included, over 100 yrs of grazing had nurtured the soil so well I'm sure you could have even grown new body parts if you wanted, anyway you're doing well with that poor soil, big compost bins for all veggie matter is the way to go, perhaps collect cow manure from grazing land nearby, glad you got that rain, can't beat it for plant growth, cheers!!🥰💕👍👍💪🫂🐍🐝🌱🍉🥭🥒
Howdy guy's!! Awesome to see you guy's do what you do!! Sorry to see you're roof leaking!! Im a roofer in Townsville!! Bin doing it for 20 plus years.. would love to help you guy's out to stop them leaks..
Very Blessed Brooke, this is where you're Thrive. Getting back to Grounding and Growing. Take your shoes off, electric field, helps with Pain in Joints, so much more. People call me Tin head, Tho look into Copper Pyramid, only need to be small ones. Mumma Bear might help, or understand how to build your own. You'll trip out on your next yield. Much love to you and your Family. Thank you for sharing journey with us all. So many long hours of Back Breaking work, well worth it, and just the 2 of you moving a mountain. Looking Forward to your next UA-cam video...
Hey Brooke, things are looking good. Have you considered pollinator-attracting plants to help with bringing insects to fertilise the edible foods. A beautiful garden of colourful plants is more than just a pretty face. Do you think you'll keep bees, even native, stingless species? What is your plan for the El Nino ahead in Aus? A video of your preparations for drought and fire would be interesting.
Awesome guys your little piece of Paradise is coming along nicely. Need some cows. Also you guys need to do an update on the shed aswell as I think you guys planning a fishing trip from preparation , hooking up and leaving your acreage and the trip to your destination or closest ramp you launch from.
love your garden, it is so enjoyable to just meander thru to see how things are growing! I hate snakes. yes, they are beneficial to the homestead, but they are not revered by me.
Read up on companion planting, usually things that cook well together, grow well together. Marigolds capture nematodes in the soil that will eat the roots, they're traditionally planted around the outside of garden beds.
Hi guys. Love your videos. We've been watching you guys since you moved up north (as we were doing exactly the same thing and being from the Goldy as well). I am curious about the flail, how is it doing? Is it worth buying or using something else?
OM Goodness can you send some of those to me, I have been hankering after a decent watermelon for years every time I buy one they are crap, very well done!!!
I find it hilarious how 99% Of men won't go up to a stranger walking down the street or at the shops & say You are beautiful ! BUT here on this platform they think it's ok to simp on woman & say sexual references/ comments knowing their husbands will also read these comments ! These men all of a sudden become so brave / bold & lust over other mens wives 🙈👎 Like it's a natural thing to say 🙈🤣🤣🤣 Simp on Simps.
U should Google about your plants you have planted...also that fruit tree that has lots of fruit could be a Meyer lemon tree also U should put a support bar under the branch otherwise it will break off with all the fruit aswell will die... Also, With the spaghetti Squash you need to support that aswell like pulling at sling under it with twine like a netting or stocking that women wear...the tie to trellis... Also you need to pick Zucchinis when they are half the size and yes U twist to take off the bush also your beans right size to take off but if you pick them U will get more you pick more u get...also I ready if your flowers start to drop off you need to spray them so they set...also I would fertiliser all your plants...on the ground... Your husband should have the garden bed tilled and find if someone has horses or cows they want to get rid of the poo...as U can grow vegs in it straight away...Chicken U can't as it burns the roots and die... Buy a Gardening Australia 🇦🇺 😋 book for your new place or you may find one at an Op Shop up there... But the shade cloth is the right thing to do for the heat up there...I've never heard of a white guava...were did you buy your plants from I live near Sydney..central coast... Goodluck with the heat this Christmas... P.s. those watermelon are Sugar Baby Melons...thanks I'm going to grow some this year...I thing I have given you the hits but buy a Gardening book Australia one...

Garden going good there guys. 🍉 was lovely and red. Your lucky kitty doesn’t want to go outside, safer inside away from snakes. I remember last time Denis mowed that slope too, you couldn’t watch then either, I can see he is on a lean while doing it. Must take it carefully for sure. Have fun you two

Those big zucchinis if you slice them in rings and then crumb them, you can put tomato and cheese on top, and they are delicious.
Thoroughly enjoyed this video guys 😊 Steve from bundy 👍🍹

Use a small paint brush to transfer the pollen on zucchini early morning the best
You can eat the yellow flowers of the zucchini too. They deep fried it in a batter.

Make zucchini bread from the big woody zucchini.
Heh Brooke. Don’t let the zucchini’s get too big. They get less tasty and a bit tough as they grow.
First 👊🏻💪🏻
First for what ???
