Rupert Spira 🙏 Awareness, is the inner Light of every living human being; It shines on everything and casts no shadows on anything; It is the aliveness of all living beings in existence; It neither comes nor goes, neither appears nor disappears; It's everywhere & yet nowhere and pervades the entire Universe. 😊🙏🙇♂️🌷
Pain is mandatory part of body, but the suffering is optional. Both are thought manifestations or thought formations....by abiding as SELF or awareness the pain offers a contrast so that the stillness, the unmoving unchanging permanent SELF or awareness becomes apparent to the once unaware or unenlightened.
I'd like to say, Rupert is incorrect here. Some pain is part of the alarm system that is natural and required, however, chronic pain like this man describes is a form of emotional pain. There is no difference. How do I know? I am pain free of that type of pain, thousands of people are.
@@alanneachell9092 Physical pain related to past surgical interventions, OR - even long-term chronic pain that ‘the mind’ identifies with as being ‘the cause’ of unending suffering ‘IS’ the ‘DIS’-ease 👀! 😱 & (with practice) 🙏 CAN be let-go 👀
❤ In my experience, neither the body nor the emotional body nor the mental body is not real and is real only the one Consciousness/Beingness/Awareness is real. EVERYTHING else is temporary and not-real. Therefore one can not and does not need to identify with either of those above.. but only identify with Beingness/Consciousness only... Therefore one can observe and experience all sort of stuff in life but identifying with any of those is illusionary and causes the suffering (that Buddha talked about too). ❤

@@kiryubelmont3222 Rupert does say that physical pain is a warning that something is wrong.

Please clarify me guide me I want to know when we rest as awarness we are not observing actively we are just noticing the thought and feelings
