I really enjoy this format, it gives you more time to talk a bit about each pen instead of making you feel like you're running out of time. Also this way, I get to enjoy more of your fountain pen content!
brunch date, I love it ! I like your format of this video and transcribed book pages. Its beautiful. To enjoy using a fountain pen, I practice "morning pages".This is a method to revive the creativity that the author advocates in the book "The Artist's Way".Write everything in your mind three pages in your notebook every morning. The content can be anything. I do this task simply for using fountain pens and consuming inks and it's a lot of fun. Just looking at the finished page gives me a kind of satisfaction and consumes a lot of inks.
I love that you are transcribing a book because u like writing with fpens. I like writing with them as well. It seems so illogical to me but l love looking at the written word in Fpen ink and my handwriting is primitive next to yours. I keep waiting for this joy to fissile but cross my fingers. It will stay for a life time. Happy holidays.
To enjoy my fountain pens I once transcribed "Annabel Lee" and The Raven" by Edgar Allan Poe. I can't imagine transcribing an entire book! I hope you'll keep track of the hours and someday let us know how long that took. 📖

Thanks for sharing about morning pages. I need to look into that!
I’ve been wanting to transcribe some literary works myself, but I don’t love my handwriting.
Seeing all the colors on a page is beautiful.

Thank you! Transcribing is just another excuse to use the pens. And update - I just finished transcribing Anne of Green Gables!
oh wow, I love the pen and ink combo of brunch date, and madam mulberry's shading!
Yes! Madam Mulberry is divine!
That Nahvalur is a beautiful colour. Brooks definitely does great work.
It really is!
Thanks for sharing your swatches. I appreciate these. BTW, it's Leonardo MOMENTO Zero... not memento. 😅
Haha thank you! 😂
I’m so tempted by FWP inks. The glimmering greige might break me-have you tried that one?
I have tried it and it is unique and beautiful! Better in broader nibs for sure.
The moss green looks lovely and the pairing with 140 is awesome. 😊
I have to ink up my 140 (which is a rare forest green color) next week. 😅
It was a great pairing! Do it!!

I think it may take me all year to do this book - 365 pages and I am at about page 64 right now! 😂
I just ordered a sample of brunch date. I am on the hunt for a couple pinks that are dusty/muted etc. It is so pretty. Is this a wet ink?
Yes Brunch Date is about a 7 out of 10 on flow. Bit wetter than average.
I don’t mind the progress report being separated from the currently inked.
Thank you!!
