I've been so focused on the message of this song that I think I'd missed just how great the beat is, but your drums brought the musicality of it alive and let me just enjoy it sonically. Thank you for bringing something new to it.
It’s funny how personal experience can completely change the way you feel and relate to a song. When this song first came out I vibed with it because of the music and the message from Ren’s perspective. Now it’s got a whole new meaning for me as I can relate to the lyrics on a personal level through what I’ve been dealing with in my own life with my accident. Crazy how much music can change in such a short amount of time just based upon our own lives. Definitely my new favorite Ren song. Thanks for posting this Chief!
