Hands down the best biscuits 😊I made them this morning and mmmmmmmmmmmm! I'm 52 and have had my share of recipes and the ratio to flour and butter and buttermilk then the honey?!!! Thank you Chef very much
i think why they need to touch is 1 the steam from the butter helps the baking powder to rise 2 the steam helps the flour to cook and being close keeps the heat snuggle best to have deep dish sort of thing yet not to tight snuggly
Reduce the mess by pouring dough on to freezer paper... then, just wrap it up and throw it out when done!...I like to add an egg 🥚 to mine, and I just cut squares with bench scraper.
Hi Ms. Carolyn... former chef here! If you're alive and well... and if you read this, just make your own! Buy VITAMIN D WHOLE Milk AKA Full-Fat Milk and buy some lemons or white vinegar! For each cup of milk, use 1 full lemon which equals 1 tablespoon of lemon juice OR THE SAME FOR VINEGAR and let it sit in the fridge for about 30 - 45 minutes or up to a full hour! When it forms or thickens, just stir or shake it up! Hope that helps!🙏🏾
