Review #2 of Neocolor 2: working on a painting to see what sticks

In this second review of the Caran D'Ache Neocolor 2 water soluble crayons I built up on the first project from my Jan. 14th review. I tested to see if I could use the crayons as watercolors; how the colors lay and blend after being dry for a week; if I could create blooms and if salt crystals would create texture.
