Bomb af! It’s meaty & fatty. The inside of the bone is more fatty like melt in your mouth but so good . It’s full of the bone broth flavor . It’s similar to eating a oxtail. Just in case if you’re wondering . Get a plate squeeze hoisin & sriracha with chili oil & mix it . & try dipping your meats & marrow into it . Sooo good . That’s how you suppose to eat it . I usually do that when I’m eating a bowl of pho too! 😋
