Here is our visit to Maungarei, one of Auckland’s relatively young volcanoes where we climbed to its summit, descended to its crater, walked around its crater rim while enjoying the stunning views of the Tāmaki Estuary, Panmure Basin, Rangitoto Island, and the Stonefields residential development.
