Thank you for this. I wish that you continue to live your life in good health and peacefully. You have no idea how much your Switzerland means to me. I wish I could live there too and be overwhelmingly grateful for it. I wish I could call it my Switzerland too. But life has it's own plans I guess. What a wonderful story, dear Sylvia, I admire you too much after that I 've ear about your choose...I love Mountains, I have hiking for 50 years..I have love the Suisse lands by a long time, until from the first times that I visit it in eighty years ;and every time that I was stay in your country something " inside " me tell me that I am stay here " already" , maybe in a other life, call it ancestral remember or other, but I belive in this because my interior spirit tell me this ...and as I have write you few times under your wonderful video, Berner Oberland is my earth of dreams, my Paradise in Earth throught the Mountains, and the marvellous Berg Eiger in a special way...and of course, my nickname for youtube...thank you really for your videos , that help me, now that I am unfortunately " no young" , to continue to view and dream my Switzerland of my heart❤...sincerely regards, " Berner Oberland"

My dear Sylvia 🤗😘😘😘😘,
I am crying while i am watching this video. It's not because I think It's sad, but due to the fact that i have a similar story about my life. I was (.as we use to say) living in the auto-pilot for many years, and almost forgot who i am. I was taking care of everyone and everything and negleted myself completely, including my health. But one day i woke up at 6 in the morning feeling a terrible afliction that i don't even know how to describe. It was a mix of nausea whith the feeling that i was going to die. I tried to reach the toilet, but fainted and fell on the corredor before getting there. Even thoug, i continued my life as usual during the following week. But then , i felt exactly the same another night and i fainted again on the corredor. But this time i made a cut on a finger and there was blood all over my hands and pijamas. I had to go to the ER . They made me a few tests and medicated ,and said my blood pressure was dangerously low and i could have died. My GP prescribed me lots of medical exams, which results were a disaster. She said she didn't want to scare me but I should go to a cardiologist immediatly because my life was in danger. The cardiologist made me lots of exams too and he said they were terrible and he never saw a case like that in 40 years of his career as cardiologist. He prescribed me some medication and adviced me to be careful with what I eat and recomended some sport, like walking every day or something. When I left his office i cried like a baby and something hited my mind. I asked myself how was that possible and what was i doing to myself all these years. So i decided to make a huge turn about my life. I came back to sport and changed many things in my life. Now i feel a lot better ,not only about my health. I learned to love myself again. I changed a lot. My posture about life and my looks. I am 55 years now. But i am stronger and healthier than when i was on my twenties. And i came from a 38 size on clothes ,to a 34. I have the body that many girls on her twenties would love to have . Even my face. Most people get shocked when i tell them my age. They think that i am joking because they think i might be on my thirties...😂
I realized that came from inside me. My mind ,my new posture before life. And i was surprized too about you, because you said in one of your videos that you are 50 . But i could swear that you were on your thirties 😊. This is the result of your life changing. It's comming from your inside to the outside.
You know, sometimes life ,God ,the Universe or what ever might be, forces us to make a turn in our lives when something is wrong.
And i am glad it did ,despite your health problem .Otherwise we would not be able to enjoy your wonderful work because you were doing something different. 🥰
Some people use to say that God has misterious ways . I guess now i understand what that means.

I am the same position right now you were years ago. I just quit my job., because I couldn’t take it anymore.
And I will soon become self-employed as well, and start my own business .
So to me, it seems a lot of similarities there are
And I also know deep down in my heart that one day I will live in Switzerland, just like you . Because this is my dream.
Yes, following the heart is so important for our development. But after the first step, the real work begins:) The most difficult thing I find and always found - to endure dry spells and keep going. I wish you all the best for your way!

Wow. I am so surprised about your story. We have been in contact for so long, I think 3 years , and I am amazed about all that you have been through. More incredible is that we have experienced so many things in common. My life also collapsed and I almost died, and then I decided that I will not die or get sick for another person´s dream. I have been watching your videos since very long and i always have liked the vibe you give in to your videos. Now as i know who you really are i am even more impressed. Really more excited to watch your future videos. Also would love to meet you in person once i come to Switzerland. Im still 23 and i will do my first visit there in 2-3 years (which is my life long dream). But i dont know how will i be able to meet you then? It was a Herniated disk - This is when the disc fluid leaks out in such a way that it damages the nerves.
