Mitsuru I really rejected all other girls just because of you. So it is only you. They did change the dialogue a bit here compared to the original game. In the original game you could straight up say you are interested in her.
Yukari’s is the same boat as well, similar scene as they go out to eat, she proposes they go on a trip however she is insists that it be only the two of em and to not invite anyone else, new dialogue has you this time be the one to propose for it to be just the two of you. Granted end result is always the same in all of this dialogue changes.
Ya when I said yes I’d thought she would get possibly excited cause it could have been her that I was interested in and it very much could have been too so she asked such a vague question in the grand scheme of it if yes was the bad answer

Definitely romancing Mitsuru next playthrough, I went with Chihiro on this playthrough as it's my very first playthrough of persona 3 ever and I liked her personality even though it's your typical shy girl. Gotta admit Mitsuru's character development did surprise me, I though she was gonna be this stone cold listen to your queen character but thankfully she's actually a human being that changed a lot. Ofc a lot happened to her so that's why
To be fair, that's kind of how she comes off sometimes at the start of the game with things like signing you up for Student Council without your consent and her demeanor while being Nav.
I feel that with a lot of characters, like Junpei's development surprised me too (& i didn't think he'd be as relatable as he was) + the little hang-out events (DVDs, cooking, gardening etc) flesh them out nicely too EDIT: The walks with Koromaru too! If Mitsuru accompanies you, you can hear how her voice changes when talking to him. Same with Shinji. It's adorable.

Persona 6 could actually be somewhat related to Persona 3. At least my Feelings Tell me it could be. Especially after Persona 5 where they literally killed something similiar to Nyx or Erebos. Maybe they make it like a Side Story to save Makoto. But Of course Persona 6 should be still its own Game.

Remember Nyx was only sealed and Erebus was Humanities personification of despair and longing of death, that's why no matter how much S. E. E. S defeat it, it will come back again and again unless people hearts change.. Now with this open ending, recall the theme of the recent persona. Persona 4, facing your true self, seeing the truth in the fog of lies and accepting the hard cold truth but still moving forward... Persona 5, destroying the inner demons of people as well their rigid mindset about something in which in the end they successfully changee the public, the people's opinion and thoughts about life. And even Today, ren and the gang is still fighting to change them more. Now if you connect this to the fact that the Kirijo Group and S. E. E. S is back and Elizabeth gaining the fool arcana and being a guest herself, we can say that all of the pieces to fight Erebus, which is now potentially can be eliminated totally is ready.. Then Makoto will finally be free from being a seal and Nyx will sleep again for eternity. Now my theory is that, just like how Igor took the position of Philemon as the velvet room master, he too might be the next master OR he will become an attendant, as what the Theodoy, Margareth, Elizabeth and the Twin said. The Attendants are the ruler of power, in which Makoto is in because he acquired the universe arcana that even the past and and recent MC never got PS: World and Universe arcana is different, World is akin to All power but Universe is Miracle itself
Makoto is laterally the breath of the wild link for persona, he has messiah which is Jesus as his ultimate persona so just like Jesus he will have that moment as the end of his arc
