tbh i wouldn't be surprised if a lot of items in godmode achieved are either under or overpowered it seems like one of those quantity over quality mods to me
It should be noted, to the people who might not know, that Bael's cat items are supposed to do more harm than good (most of the time) as part of his gimmick, which is why the Cat Contagion item might seem really weak to those not familiar with the mod.

Cat's Contagion, coming from Bael, is supposed to have a downside. It plays in with the character's inability to ignore items, meaning you have to think about which item rooms/other special rooms you even enter.
I would like to know what would be the best group of mods I could install for an expanded experience like Fiend Folio Since all the mods I find just make the game easier or replace the sprites with random stuff

As the video seemed to imply, multiple copies only add more poison aura enemies, not altering the chance of getting a room with those toxic enemies
