@Fenririon i have to agree. execution is more important than speed. but if you have both like alien ness then that is the real deal. too many times i have seen people with very sloppy footwork which looks terrible. alien ness's routine at the end has to be the benchmark - amazing!.
@DennisEDM1 i did workouts with leg weights (i didnt breakdance in them just did workouts) and did a lot of consecutive squats (got up to 100 at a time) which helped but you wont see the differance in yourself because i thought i was moving at the same speed but when i was sessioning with friends they told me i was hella fast. who knows you probably have fast footwork but dont even know it. also you want cleanliness more than fastness to make it look like this video. hope this helps
