When Madhubala was ill, I couldn't believe that any other man would have done as much as Kishore did. Yet the press and media painted him to be pretty indifferent and careless towards Madhubala. It is honorable of Kishore that never rose to defend himself but I know what he went through. I feel people never really understood him. I must admit that I was never happy about it

From what I have understood about Kishore Kumar, his first wife was ambitious and chose career over family, second wife Madhula was taken good care by him( many people have said that). Kishoreda's first wife,Rumaji was an actress working in calcutta and he was working in bombay they decided to divorce after 8yrs amicably and were close friends and took care of son, then he got married to madhubala (1960) and took care of her for 9 years with her heart problem and had to work too to sustain everything, then she passed on leaving KK devastated, then after 7yrs a greedy witch /gold digger trapped him and showed him the hell on earth but lasted only a year or two and finally got married to Leena (1980)and a beautiful life but short-lived (7yrs) Now Rumaji and Leenaji live together with Sumit, Amit in a joint family. Jealous and hateful people can say whatever but this GENIUS was the most talented, eccentric, sincere, child-like, generous did lot of charity silently...no drums!!!!! NOBODY can come remotely close to this multitalented genius of a man ever !
