I bought a $145 set of shears from online. But I had a difficult time today getting through the lowest level of wool on a sheep that was last sheared in June or July 2022. I had to do multiple passes. Today is May 2023, roughly 10-11 months. Am I able to buy other combs that look more like the ones you use and attach them to my shears as long as they line up? granted I'm brand new to shearing since I only have 3 sheep at the moment, but I didn't expect such difficulty and have to so many passes to get down to the skin to shear closely.
