Being an absolute fan of this song since my childhood, I appreciate what you re doing, thank you very much and hope you ll get what we want on twitter!
Hey, thanks for taking the initiative to make this available for the rest of us on YT Music. Your goal is clear based on your channel name, hat's off to you sir. Much appreciated.
How funny that this comment is from 12 days ago. I just watched that episode yesterday. Wow. To think I randomly saw this show on my friends Amazon prime and decided to finally rewatch a bit.
I finally listened to this on my computer rather than my phone and, I can hear that you did MUCH more editing than others that have recreated the full song. Thus, the reason why this is a superior edit! By the way, I seem to remember ONE episode that had the full version, or at least more of it than the rest of them. I wish I could be more specific. Maybe you can use this info to help you in your quest.
I NEED THE ALBUM THAT THIS SONG IS ON SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO EDIT TOGETHER DIFFERENT AUDIO TO MAKE IT SOUND REAL!!! BTW THIS ISN'T OFFICIAL, IT'S AN EDIT!!

Hello again! I did a search on which episode had the full version and found this on IMDb about the Episode "Truer Lies" (season 3 episode 14): "The full version of "I Know, You Know" was used in the closing credits in a number of the early episodes. In this episode, the full version of the song is used as the theme song in the opening credits. This also occurred in episode 12 of season 3. "

Well, it appears that it was changed back to the standard theme. I just checked the episode "truer lies" and it's the version I can stream has the regular shortened version of the song.
Could this be considered a parody of the other way this song is done? Cuz i think that'd be the one and only case that I've heard a band parody their own song
Almost perfect! The correct line is "The happy one has got a dose of healthy disillusion," rather than "I'm the one who's got a dose of healthy disillusion."
I checked both episodes mentioned on IMDb and either the person that wrote that had the wrong episodes or the episodes were changed after the initial airing (or changed when put on streaming services). Sorry, I wish I could have been of more help. I've been searching for the full song for quite some time myself.
I have the feeling I know what you're talking about. Could you be talking about Viagra Falls and Ferry Tale? Those are episodes six and seven of season five, and they have the longest version of the intro. If you're curious and wanting to explore it for yourself a little bit, the full song was released on their EP "Tiny Badness" back in 2004. The EP was a limited, physical release, however, and no copies have been found online anywhere. I figure the only people who would reliably have a copy would be the people who made it, and that's why I've been tweeting them without response for like a year and a half.
Great version, the only thing I want to criticize is that the some of the instrumental can sound almost off-beat at 1:10-1:20, and 2:02-2:16, and it gets rather distracting.
Im currently watching Psych for perhaps thirtieth time n enjoy it incredibly. Thank you all. Brilliant.
I've heard it both ways😁

Don't be the American version of British television.

The other singers in verse two were behind the beat

do you have the lyrics? this slaps!
I'll put them in the description!
@WWA "Same damn song" is incorrect. Correct lyric is: But why bounce around to the "same down song"

but… that’s how they played it in the clips he grabbed from.
@@gainesburgers Yeah, I know. I guess there isn't really any fixing of that, oh well.
@@is_ley I kinda like the off-beat rhythm, it seems more homemade and less like a generic structured song
@@gainesburgers Yeah, I see the appeal.
How can I copy this? I have a juke box and I would like a CD for it.
