I don't understand exactly what the store name is, or the pun involved, but it seems like she named it in homage to him or their relationship and she has been living out a small part of what their life could have been together. I believe he teared up at the end because he realized she hadn't forgotten their time together and she was thinking of him for the past ten years when they were apart.
