Would you be into doing a vehicle pentathlon? Same car (A class maybe?), must have the same tuning for all events. Five disciplines from drag to circuit, cross-country, drift and long jump. Or something like that.
I think it only works this well on the lower classes... once you hit S1+, the higher starting PI cars are usually better than the built cars... Just my opinion tho
I love the Veneno in S1, as well as the Hennessey Venom. One is more about balanced speed and control, the other is simply mental power. It's a shame we won't be doing a VSTC that I could drive either of them in.
Should do a challenge where people have to buy their cars off the auction house. Like pre-built by someone else so who knows if said car will actually be good.

The way that PI and handling model is in this game its gonna be pretty hard to get a car that started in C or lower to work well in S1. I've genuinely had cars making 1700hp not even get to top of s1
It may be more logistically difficult, but having all ‘built’ cars with one colour paint and all ‘bought’ with another would make it more interesting to see who was who and what you were racing against. Just an idea…
These races were meh, didn't help this was straight after the river run so wasn't in the best of moods haha, then keep getting shoved into a wall etc in these didn't help
A little surprised the Saleen S1 wasn't used for the S1 race, considering it can have rally tyres and 1000hp with a top speed of 240-ish mph and decent handling xD Edit: Forgot you could put the Jesko into S1 as well, along with a 1200hp Lexus RC F.
Would love to know how each racer would go if the rules were same model of car and same class, but you can built them for each specific circuit being run.

In the second race the HSV had the diesel engine😳 I’m surprised it handled so well with all of the weight in the front. I bet the aero was to help counteract the torque and the weight in the front
I think the reason why power car works in FH series is because the ghosting period at the start of the race, I wonder if there is a way to turn off that, so a more balanced car can have chances.
My grip monster Bel Air that's even slower in a straight line _without_ aero than your Puma agrees about where lap time is made up on the Emerald Circuit. It's ALL in that chicane and the last two corners. So much so that even full aero knocking 10 mph off the Bel Air's top speed still makes up almost two thirds of a second for me around there. Also, I don't think the Elise GT1's problem in A-class is the stock tires, I think it's the lack of front aero. It can take more corner speed than just about anything else in A-class even without tire upgrades, but it would rather understeer off a cliff than do it at high speeds. That's part of why putting it on slicks and adding front aero for S1 makes it one of the best-handling cars you can get your hands on.
Depends on the car really, if you ctart with a muscle car, it's pretty easy to get a car thets better in every way for cheap, but it it's a Lamborghini and your trying to modify a Prius, it's not really going to compare.
anyone else been struck by how shoddy wheelspins tend to be, after the latest patch? i had a super-wheelspin today that yielded 20,000 credits - and a couple of standard spins yielding 1,000 - which is hardly worth the time taken to watch the spin.
You speak the truth I got a 300k the other day on a regular wheel spin but mostly dismal rewards I got a couple 1,000 credit wheelspins in a row, super wheelspins are a waste at this point.
Maaan the sticking out bits of walls in fh5 are so irritating. So often either I or someone I'm having a mad battle for a position with ends up getting clobbered by a random bit of wall and it just ruins out little fight..
Like these race videos but kind of think a race like this where they do bought vs Built would be better to do teams where they’re split in half, one team built, one team bought. But i dont do alot of online so I don’t know a whole lot
I think the Veneno was a bad choice becouse it had too much power for those tires, as you said it just didn't wanna steer. Overall I think built are better than bought becouse you're building and tuning them instead of downgrading them and giving them no grip. Maybe in S1 it's a bit even but in A or B it's just too much to handle
how do you check how many horse power does your car have? I hear you saying it in every video but in the menues I only see power in kw, torque, front and weight.
A petrolhead like you should know it is not wolkswagen, but folkswagen, as for pronounciation.. Also for Porsche it has an e to say as you say in "help" to pronounce as well..
I love how you blame the rocks and the lamp post for being in the middle of the track, I have news for your brain, you the driver were not on the road, so blame the cause of the issue yourself, not the rocks, not the lamp post or the power poles in the previous race. I think I will have to give you and this channel a large berth for a while, till I can mellow out or something else changes. There is no real traffic, thats essential to STH.

It's surprising how well Forza's PI system works. These were some really close races, between some wildly different cars.
I think it only works this well on the lower classes... once you hit S1+, the higher starting PI cars are usually better than the built cars... Just my opinion tho

I'd cheat and redo the track by putting a railing to protect from that doorway.
FH5 race idea: Biggest (heaviest) A class vehicles versus the smallest (lightest) A class. Both built to the top of A class..

forza Aero. Its the spoilers and wings and the skirts and front lip.
How much actual tuning are you doing? Just upgrades and go or are you tweaking springs/ARBs/etc?

You have to go into your HUD settings and change your units of measurement :)
