Also, stop being sarcastic and actually congratulate him without the “It’s a lot easier when you have the right equipment” I know ps and Xbox players myself included better than tons of pc players and no we don’t have the right ‘equipment’ whatever that means we simply have better map knowledge, gun skill and understanding of the game in general. I have friends who have played the game for 1.5 decades and still use the “I can’t get better than people who spend every day on the game” excuse and it’s boring. If you’re bad just accept it and move on, if you would like to grow as a player be open to advice/criticism rather than blame it on pc players, cheater or “equipment” Anyways I hope this opens your eyes and actually helps you improve, I don’t really care if you do or not and really don’t care for excuses like you have a life or you refuse to get equipment which isn’t needed anyway. I’ve played new gen and old gen, used broken controllers with terrible stick drift to using elite controllers and I’ve never really noticed any difference, I’ve grew up switching from claw to normal so never had an issue with a normal controller. I’m not tripping, using someone else’s better equipment as an excuse for you missing your shots or outplaying someone is and always will be an excuse simple as that.
I won’t deny it can help but I’ve competed against every type of player and can say that anything below iridescent is an excuse 100%. Raw gun skill and knowledge can and will get you to good ranks as long as you work on them and keep them sharp, I know people with terrible set ups that are at good ranks because of their raw skill.
Im crim 2 my last cod was ghost, so I don't have any MMR from previous CODs and it clearly doesnt feel impossible to climb to iri but goddamn +25 -25, it takes way too much time. Doesn't matter how good or bad I perform in game I approximately gain/loose 25sr. The grind just gonna take days
nah fr i was getting 25sr on wins and losing 30 for losses, you gotta just lock in and go on streaks. be your team leader if you are solo q . ive been teamed with bad players and i just tell them what to do sometimes they dont even talk back but they hear lol

I was diamond 3 100sr out of crimson,then I failed to connect to host loading in and lost 50 sr, then 100 then 150 and then 200, I wanna play but I can’t mentally take it, atleast 10 hours of playtime to get back to where I was bc of a bug
in bo6 i recently hit D1 solo cue which i’m pretty happy about. i play every couple of weeks but i play in an internet cafe on 60+ ping. plus i play on a tv (no 120 herts) and have a normal controller so i can’t jump chall . How much do you think these things affect how you play. MW2 was my first ranked experience and that where i learnt how to play. i played all the time and reached crimson twice (i had a monitor and pro controller) i feel like the skill ceiling was also maybe lower because of how that game played.
All of this is just my opinion but I’d say The ping won’t make much of a difference until you hit a higher rank than diamond as long as your not on 80 plus, controller makes zero difference there’s ways around it plus jumpshotting in bo6 is a lot less important than prev cod’s sliding is the way this year, the tv I would say is the biggest issue for you investing in a 120hz monitor will be ur best bet to play better
I think the game is helping you and compensates for your high ping and low refresh rate cuz I'm on 120Hz, very good monitor, fast controller and great settings and I shoot first and no1 dies, its so fn annoying

Hardstuck plat2 I barely can get more than 4600sr i do my best i rotate early i hold hill i flip spawns i drop high kills I SWEAR TO GOD MOST OF THE TIME I DROP I just top frag every game i play like dropping 47+ up to 58 and still lose , I think a good team who actually understands and drop their ego when you tell them where to go and what to hold will help me alot but where can i find them 😢

You clearly have no idea what it’s like in those lobbies. As somehow who use to scrim against pros, playing against iridecisent lobbies is a joke. The awareness, map knowledge is nowhere even close. 250 is mainly ex pros, but even those who aren’t would smoke the average iridescent players.

Bro im at gold 2 now and mostly solo Q but when i win i get max20-35 sr and a loss is -70-135 so i need atleast 5 wins to match out a loss

Activision forced me to stop at D1, due to Shadowban because of my rank early on & spam reports. Been shadowban since 11/30, sb ranked aint it lmao

If you’re only gaining 25 SR that means the system thinks you’re ranked too high. I’m in diamond and get about 160-200 SR a win still
