This was such a fabulous recipe! I have made it twice and followed the instructions to the tee and now my friends demand that this is only version of biriyani they wish to have.

Made this biryani last weekend ....
It was mild but very flevorful. The chicken was very soft and like Malai kabab, cheesy n creamy .
I added lil more green chillies to bump up the spice .
Overall turned out to be a very unique biryani 👌👌👩🍳

Can we use yoghurt instead of milk, and almond with cashew or just almond only? Sofiyani sounds like Persian, did it originate from Iran?
u cab add almonds too
milk is required to adjust consistency yoghurt we already adding
it isint persian
Sofian is a place in Iran, and the Iranians like to make Shahi (fit for an Emperor) cuisine with different colours.
