When I came to Bearkat Village it was perfect in 04 to 06. I mean yeah I had a roommate, but I could crank the heat and air conditioning as high or as low as I wanted. We got along fine, but Sam Houston really shelled out the bucks for the renovation over the last 15 years. With the renovation of the LSC and other dining facilities. The poplar wood bedframe and cabinets were the same when I went to same.
Finishing up my junior year at Sam in teaching, will be a senior in the spring! I believe we live in the same dorm complex. I was there last semester and absolutely loved it! Love your videos maybe we'll run across each other on campus one day!

I did my undergrad and graduate studies at Sam. I can tell what hall you stay in because it looks exactly like the room I lived in for the time i was in Huntsville. The furniture is definitely bringing back memories of all the napping I did. You definitely decorated a lot more than I did. I just had bare essentials because I knew it was going to be a pain in the ass to move that stuff out after the semester was over.
Lol!! Yes, moving out sucked (I have the same things I had last year) BUT for me it’s so worth it. I love making my room feel like home and make it more home-y so that I’m wanting to be in my room :) I totally get what you’re saying though!! What did you get both of your degree’s in??

Tell me this: Does the CJ building still look like a drab boring courtroom building? I swear that and the Lee Drain Building are the most depressing places in the university to take a class at lol
I want to attend SHSU and double major in Mathematics and Computer Animation. Are their programs for animation good? Since u may have a different major I understand if you cant answer lol. I am deciding between UT Dallas and SHSU but I am leaning more towards SHSU because it is closer to home and I did a tour and it was so nice. Love your video. I'm so glad to see more recent videos for SHSU

Do you have to share your apartment with other residents or other RA’s? When I was dorming (7 years ago, so wild) at a similar m size university, RA’s had their own space/apartment! The two windows are so amazing with your plants.
I share an apartment with another RA but she also gets her own room! We just share the kitchen, bathroom, & living room! There are other halls here at SHSU that provide other RA's with their own apartment although it just depends on which hall you are in!
