Hi Chez, love the straightners. Try a lite spray of Hairspray before you straighten each section, that can help with keeping it straighter for longer. I'm the same, I got curly hair, I love having the option of curly or straight. We're lucky lol 😂 My old straightners go up to 220 heatwave. Yeh I do that holding straightners tighter thinking it will keep it straighter haha 😂

Yeah, that's a great idea a wider plate. My curls are just upto my collar bone. Not had it this long in ages and really like it.
