Ramble On is probably the best DH trail here and the XC trails nearby are a lot of fun too. Been pondering going up to Ramble on and doing the reverse down stairway to heaven, scratch and sniff, then the big down. Would make for a very long descent
I never made it to that side. I do want to get back and try those though. I also hear that there are two new black runs near the route I did called Pirate Jet and Zedd's Dead.
Thanks for the video. This place is close to me. Question: What are you wearing when biking? I see that you're wearing knee-pads. Do you have a full-face helmet or anything else?
you should check out Tioga state forest if you like downhills. The downhills in this video are puppies compared to Asaph near wellsboro Pa. there are several 3 mile downhill runs there. I typically stop 2 to3 times on a single run.
They are very fun! And that bike would work. These trails do not require a lot of suspension. There are no big drops or jumps on the trails I rode. Just a few rock gardens which can be handled by the bike you describe
Have you been out here yet? My normal ride is a 150mm 29er but I have a 100mm 29er hardtail that I ride here. There's nothing here that my hardtail couldn't handle, you'll be fine!

Everyday Mountain Bike yeah I have yet to hit those. They’re next. Been doing rollercoaster to get down that side then over to ramble on.

I wear knee pads, elbow pads, and a full face. Full face is mostly for the GoPro though as I mount it to the chin bar

Good tip. Might have to check that out
Looks a little overgrown but fun. How would a hardtail with 100mm air fork do on these trails?
