You mentioned you went back and re-did the white stitches. I would love a quick video showing how to go back to re-do something. I haven’t been able to figure that out yet. Thank you so much again for a very helpful and courage-inspiring tutorial!
Omg Lorrie you sew too? You have my heart lady I am advanced beginner sewer trying to make my own clothes I have an embroidered machine for 5 years and have yet to use it other than the first free three Classes at Joann fabric. I am sticking with you can’t wait to see what new things I learn 💕
I love creative fabrica. I used them for SVG’s then discovered they have embroidery and font files. Even if you don’t have a subscription you can buy files individually or catch the freebies when they come up. I just got the year subscription for $80. Much cheaper that way.
Hate to admit it but I haven't used my embroidery machine in a year! Even though my brother machine is a different model, I like you embroidery videos as a refresher course. I haven't kept up with changes in stablizers...that's giving me concern. THANK YOU!!!
Hello Lorrie! Very nice tutorial. I like the part where you gave advice about not pulling the thread up through the top. Something so small, yet so important.
Thank you so much for this, I really needed to know how to down load the files step by step. also I could not find the ext. for the jump drive listed. I really think that is a great Idea. I love all your videos.
Came along your video very informative my question is where did you get the file for the cricut cuitie? i would like to make some to give away for chirstmas LOL
My thread keeps shredding on my brother innovis when making keychains. I checked for pics in the throat plate, I changed the needle, I dint know what’s wrong. I use the felt backed vinyl on the front and 8 try to use marine vinyl 9n the back and it always shreads. What kind of needle should I be using
I am newbie, just ordered my machine. So is there a way to say make a couple of these at a time before changing the colors so often? That is if you have enough room in our hoop?
these are so cute! I don't have an embroidery machine however. I wonder if they can be made with something different. not necessarily the thread look for the design
I have this exact machine and am loving all of these videos! I was wondering though how/ where do you store the embroidery attachment when you are using the machine for sewing?
@@tanyablackwell291 I wanted to let you know that another machine embroiderer responded that she sticks with the 75/11 needle to prevent gaps in the stitches! I was assuming that people weren’t using a different needle since none of the tutorials specifically showed or called that out but I still wanted to ask. That’s my plan as well for now…I hope this helps you!
Great tutorial,Lorrie! I have one question. I know normally when doing appliqué embroidery, we trim the fabric from around the tack down stitch in step 2, so on all snap rings we don’t do that? We just trim around the whole project once finished? Also, is vinyl always used for these snap rings…. It seems fabric would fray. Thanks!
Correct. On snap tabs usually you don’t trim until after the last step which sews the front and back together. Once in awhile you’ll run into a snap tab that has an appliqué design on the front - in that case you would trim the appliqué portion like normal. See my air pod tutorial. It’s an in the hoop project with appliqué. That’s not the norm though
Most snap tab files have a 4x4 version. They usually have an eyelet instead of the snap tab. See the green Cricut, cat and bath projects I show in the video. Those all fit in a 4x4
Thank you Lorrie I still consider myself a beginner. You are an amazing teacher you show us step by step as what to do which is a hugh help.
Thank you soooo much about the usb extension. My machine started tonight acting weird so I went and bought the one you suggested. Thank you. 😃

Hi, yes I was wondering the same thing, how do you go back and re-do stitches in certain areas without re-doing the whole process??

So cute and easy

Thank you for this fantastic tutorial Lorrie! I was wondering what needle you have in your SE1900 to sew/embroider on faux leather/vinyl 💕
I have the same question. Which needle should be used?

Which one seems easier for you this one or the giant other one ?
What needle to use on the vinyl?thanx
I want the sewing machine key fob file, but I can’t find it.
Do they remove images? I am searching for snap tabs now and only 14 come up?
Do you have to know how to do the placement stitch? The first stitch was the “body.” It didn’t do a placement stitch.
