Terry, The knife came in the mail today. I couldn't be more pleased. The file work, the ivory, the quality of the damascus are superb. It is even some of the small things that sets this knife apart. The knurling on the liner lock to get just a little more positive grip while closing, I wouldn't have even thought to ask about such a thing. The fit of every piece is flawless, and you weren't kidding about how it locks up. No play side to side or fore to aft. Truely this is a masterpiece knife. I am honored to carry it. I purchased A knife from Terry last year. At first I was a little worried about spending that much money for a knife. It was well worth it. It is a pleasure to use, makes cutting leather much easier. Jim
I've never seen a video on using a head knife. Maybe I just didn't notice them because early on I was warned about how dangerous they are and decided I could do without a head knife much easier than living without some of my fingers! :o) OMG! That thing works fantastic! Even skiving alone would make having on worthwhile! I'm going to get one! Thanks for the video.
Not too many people are going to pay that price for a head knife especially when you can pick up a decent one for under $100 but those knipknives are sure damn pretty
robert, you couldn’t be more wrong. Terry sells every knife he makes six months in advance. There is no equal to them. There are some great older knives out there, old W. Rose or Gomph.
