1100 out of 1600 on SAT? Perhaps an elite student athlete w/ that score would've, but not a regular student.

Steve Young Charles could hang with the top elites in a social setting whereas Kenny, Shaq, and Ernie hit the glass ceiling due to their conservative upbringing.
Kenny had it made in high school. He was a top athlete with strict parents. When your mother is a teacher, there's a pretty decent chance you're going to be a good student.

That’s what made him and Shaq champions. That discipline true with Ernie. But they also hit the glass ceiling for their conservative upbringing. Ironic because Charles is a conservative but his intuitive liberal arts learning has helped him in the real world because of his accessibility to everyone including the “Poison Ivy” elites. I think failure in school and championships and the ability to rebound as well as talent has helped him.

Yeah it's one of those Clydesdale sized horses. They're massive, much bigger than a normal sized one. They're the ones that pull the carriages around.

Nothing has changed. If you average 20/20 at a d1 high school, you're going to college. They'll even supply you with tutors to do everything for you and fake classes if you can't even show up for class.

Being able to perform physically at a high level and generate the kind of attention and revenue a high-level student athlete will necessitate special treatment, and give guys, many of whom have few other opportunities, an opportunity to be extremely successful.
Because like it or not, these athletes bring in a ton of revenue for the schools. More than those student researchers.

Sat scores changed over the years. Especially his time. Stop basing everything on today. In 2014 a 1600 SAT score was perfect.

He said pass the act/sat probably because he needed a certain score to get in. I pretty sure he knows you get a score and can't technically fail.
yup, not sure why a lot of people is trying so hard to show that they're smart by pointing that out. A lot of student athletes have a minimum score to get admitted, so that's pretty much equivalent to pass/fail for them.
@@hdnn1229 Yeah the NCAA sliding scale determines what SAT or ACT score you need based on your GPA to be eligible to play but you still need to meet the school's admission requirements. No coach is going to waste their time and the school's money trying to recruit a straight C student with a 800 SAT score. You need a minimum 2.3 GPA regardless of your test scores to be eligible to play your freshman year.

I took the ACT test. I did some googling, people talk about the SAT test so often in the media and elsewhere that I thought it was a different test, turns out, they test the same freaking things. In the ACT, they test more stuff. The major difference is the score scale. With ACT, the score scale is from 1-36. The SAT, the score scale is 400-1600.

I went to school with a guy that won the Landers Award in Arkansas for being the best football player in the state. His girlfriend sat next to him during the ACT and took the test for him. He was on the cover of Madden.
