Exhausting but doing that too. 5: My niche is to not do this until the outro... when they've clicked off. I want people to watch me cause they want to not because I told them to. 6: It was weird. Podcasters latched hold of me quicker than pros. They aren't accustomed to watching UA-cam for pro sound info. 7: Totally agree! UA-cam has a great tool to help us see when our audience is on UA-cam.
The only way you can use copyrighted material is if you transform it, commentate on it, criticize, etc. Fair use is allowed. Probably about 98% of the time, it WILL be claimed but you CAN dispute it. Depending on the claim, it’s 48 hours after dispute that the video would get blocked (or not be blocked, just depends) then after you have 28 days for the copyright holder to respond, and if they don’t, the claim is released. A lot of the time it is released because “who cares about this tiny youtuber who reacted or used our song? We’re too busy to deal with this”. Sometimes they do say that it is valid and it stays. At that point, just leave it. It’s not worth getting your channel striked/taken down. And then sometimes they do release it.
Honestly, as a pretty avid UA-camr, I don't know when anyone I follow actually posts their videos. Like I can't tell you their schedule. So I wonder how much this first point really matters. I think being consistent about how often is good, but exact day and time probably isn't that important.

Random question; when I discover a new UA-camr that I really like, I watch that persons entire catalogue from start to finish (or backwards), over the course of however long that takes naturally. As Steven Binkley pointed out fair use applies to using copyrighted material for things like movie reviews. I'd love to have you expand on this, things like is there some rule of thumb on how long a clip can be and how to dispute a copyright claim based on fair use.
Fair Use is nice, but not enforced. You'll lose the revenue from almost every video you might post that has something copyrighted in it. UA-cam puts the power of deciding what is "Fair Use" in the hands of the copyright owner, not the UA-camr. Can you afford to go to court to try to enforce it? Probably not.
Taking a chance. You're still putting out music to people who didn't pay for it. Always better to get free music, or music you bought that is specifically allowed for that purpose, such as geni.us/BestMusicSites
5. Personalty If I se that UA-camr ending video like this, its more likely I WONT do it ! Why? Because I feel like, that UA-camr thinks all viewers are stupid. Do you have some comparison of statistic data on your videos, when you do 5. and when not ?

Has to be clearly an essay type thing and not cross the line. IF you want to do that, check out other large channels and use that pattern.
