I absolutely love my bike + and I am planning on buying the smaller tread when it goes on sale in the US. Fingers crossed that it is sooner rather than later. I think the benefits of owning both will far exceed the costs involved. I never thought I would give up my gym membership but COVID and Peloton have changed me completely. Now I can’t imagine driving anywhere to workout. I can’t believe I did it for so long. Nothing beats crawling out of bed, throwing some clothes on, and making the trek to my basement.
I just want to say…man, that footage of you on the unicycle was pretty 🔥🔥🔥! Yes…I made it to the end of the video 😂👌🏽 great review as always. Bought my Bike+ after watching pretty much all your vids. 3 months later and I’m loving it! Thanks!
I just got my bike and LOVE it! I've never been a treadmill type of gal, even when I had a gym membership I just never used them. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with 'Jerome'. 🚲
I love our Tread and couldn’t imagine not having it. I’ve still gotten to enjoy some of the cycle instructors on non-cycling strength or stretching classes so I don’t feel like I’m missing out at all.

Good video Steve. Would be good if you could do a video with your thoughts on the 2nd hand market for the bike as I am looking at these and the lack of warranty is quite off putting.
Purchased the Bike Plus back in June 2021. For the past couple of months I’ve been experiencing pedal crank noise & wobbly handlebar issues. I contacted Peleton tech support, sent them uploaded videos and I was told that replacement parts were going to be ordered and shipped directly to me, a third party vendor is going to contact me to schedule an appointment to replace the parts. Frankly, I didn’t spend nearly $3K for the bike & extended warranty to have a third party vendor come out to troubleshoot. I’m not too happy about that. It makes me feel like PELETON is no different than Nordictrack. So keep that in mind before you spend your hard earned money.

Hey Steve, came across your videos while researching Peloton bikes, and just wanted to thank you for the content. At 48 I am having to rethink my fitness plan, and your videos are helpful. Haven’t convinced the wife to let me take the Peloton bike plunge yet, so I am going with the app and a Schwinn IC4 for now to see how I like it. Also looking forward to trying some of the strength workouts. Anyways, thanks again, I have subscribed and am looking forward to your future videos.
I think the issue is the bike from a hardware point is top of the line where as the tread is kinda mediocore , you pay extra to get each machine due to the Peloton community but if you were to pick one Peloton machine and do a hack on the other i believe any treadmill with the app could be a very close experience to the Tread

I had long term health issues and needed a treadmill at home to increase my walking and then brisk walking and eventually running. Does this tred have options/classes for beginners for just walking? If I can only do a few minutes at a time could I pause it and continue when I’m ready again? Thanks
Yes, it has plenty of low intensity walks and runs at all times frames. I did a 20 min hike today, all walking. Nice workout. You can also filter the walls/runs so that you see the very easiest first.
Guided cycle would be a bad idea I think because bikes are on roads and you want to hear any cars behind you or other cyclist. Running is fine your on the side walk or even on a running trail away from cars. I wouldn’t bike with headphones in.

Hiya, great video thanks. Did you extend the warranty on your bike and tread? I would be more comfortable with the outlay if I had the extended warranty but its £250 for the max extension. Also, do you know how well Peloton support your purchase after the warranty is over? Is it simple enough to get things fixed? I'm so close to buying but I'm worried about fixing things when they go wrong after the warranty is up. If you know what after service is like that would be so helpful 😊

It's the bike for me, easier on the joints and best for preventing long term or short term injury. But I do love a tread mill too...
