- Halong Bay, Vietnam is a place that makes no excuses about how catered to tourists it is. Its views and relaxed boating vibe almost make up for the massive inauthentic itineraries and sots.; and I say "almost" for a reason. Here are a few highlights of this rather unimpressive place:

Just discovered your channel! Great quality content and very entertaining! Halong Bay looks great! only been to Da Nang and Hoi An because I had limited time in Vietnam but I loved it, and the iced coffee were insanely good! The room is reaally fancy, you even got a balcony - that's awesome! The cave looks interesting, but the jewel shop is really dumb. Great vlog with awesome storytelling!

Planning a trip to Vietnam at the end of the month and guess which channel I searched for first? You got it right! Mitchell Travels. I love your vlogging style so much! Kudos to you and your work! Now I have a question since I don't want to be in a journey of endless regret like you were, can I get to see enough of holang bay if I do the one day cruises?
Well I’m happy to hear you come to this channel and you’re a fan of the style! Definitely absolutely only do the day cruise. Most of these will take you to what you want to see in the day time, and unless you REALLY want to see endless amounts of karst, then stay away from the overnight cruises. If any, one night but definitely don’t do more like I did. Hope this helps!
