I know they don't want to be yelled at but it does frustrate them as well when they can't get it either. What I used to do was watch what's being done, stand next to a person that's doing it right then I get it myself. Now I just come out and do the thing and show I am very confident within me. Ya'll don't have to be afraid to do it dhow these coaches you got it. If you need to talk one on one they will talk to you trust me be there done that. You all should take them to see actual HBCU cheerleaders and do like a meet and greet and allow one or two cheerleaders to sit and watch then practice to give them tips and tricks on confidence, swag and attitude 💪😎✌👏👏👏
