Where is better to live in Tartu or Tallinn? Where is the bigger international or more open minded Estonians community? I’m sorry for asking in 2 of your videos. I’m very interested into knowing what you think as a person who lives in Tallinn 🥺
I believe Tallinn has more people in general than Tartu, so if you are a people person and want to be around fellow expats that Tallinn is the place to be.
