Hello.. your forehead is ok for wearing a Maang tika with mathapatti..shape of tika can be round and medium size.. considering your jaw line points outwards, then wear earring which are narrow at top and widens at bottom.. widening is not necessary but should be narrow at top..you can wear heavy round neck and choker as well if you have a long or regular neck.
Don't worry about the hairline.. that will be set properly by make up artist and the mathapatti will cover that..so the overall appearance will be a soothing one..

Earrings - you need to avoid all those earrings which widens near your jaw line.. wear big sized studs instead.. avoid angular shape earrings and pear drop as well Necklace - about choker.. go for round neck and layer it with long necklace - 1 or 2 or 3.. we need to shift focus from your jaw areas Chhapka - go for designs which are rounded from bottom and not pointed. Maang tikka - small to medium size and round or chand Bala shape tika is also good Mathapatti - u can wear light mathapatti and heavy sheeshfool
