There’s always one person who’s been working there forever who seems crotchety but has a lot of knowledge to share if you let them be crotchety. And the library mission statement seems idealistic, but it’s the thing that keeps you going on those days when it seems like all the patrons are grumpy. Well that and online comic strips about libraries. 😉🤣 Good luck!
