    Hey brother, can you do a 10 second rule test? Drop something on the floor for 10 seconds vs something for a minute? Solve the age old question.

    • @RealEstateInsider247
      @RealEstateInsider247 2 роки тому +51

      I learned it as the 3 second rule. It kind of depends on the particular floor (garage vs clean kitchen) and the food (eg. a pecan half vs piece of chicken). I'm not a real fan of the rule. It's pretty much the "touch the floor" rule. I would also be interested in seeing what you suggest.

I'd even be willing to provide the chemicals free of charge. I have some really cool ones and it wouldn't take much of each, not even a gram in most cases. Just be sure to research each and be prepared to dispose of them, or I can have you send them back for processing for free as well. No problem at all. 😃

    Hey if you haven't done it already can you show what bacteria looks like when it's getting hit with a UV light under the microscope? I've seen sanitizer and rubbing alcohol and I know what happens to the cell when they come into contact with the bacteria but I genuinely have no idea why a UV light just kills bacteria like that.

    • @JanikLps
      @JanikLps 2 роки тому

      If I recall it correctly, this is what happens:
      When microorganisms are hit with UV light it triggers a reaction that "destroys" the DNA. The energy of the UV light gets absorbed by thymine which causes it to build dimers (two thymine bond with each other) and thereby change the dna sequence. This also means that the microorganism isn't capable of producing essential proteins any more.

I kno that doesn’t sound intuitive, but if your more efficient in processing what you eat, you get more out of it, meaning that carb that gave you a bit of sugar now gives your more?
