Yes Sir, They are now offering Life Time Free Card. It is also a good card. You can take a screen shot and apply from this page since it clearly says that there is no fee if you apply through this page: www.flipkart.com/flipkart-axis-bank-credit-card-store
Sir/ Madam, Slice is NOT a Credit Card. It is a Buy Now Pay Later product. It is like a. Personal Loan, but you get a card to use your loan amount. BNPL is good only if you can pay off the amount within 2 or 3 months till when they give your interest free EMI options (It changes from Company to Company - for example FlipKart pay later) offers only 1 month interest free. But, if you go for longer EMI or if you miss to pay the EMI, the cost is much higher than a personal loan. You will also not have a "Minimum Balance" option that credit cards provide. If you are looking for convenience or if you are not eligible for CC, you can apply for BNPL products like Slice - only, if you can pay the balance amount in full each month. My advice to students and young working people is to avoid such products. I have reviewed another BNPL product from Flipkart and that will help you understand why I'm asking you to avoid BNPL products: ua-cam.com/video/zuwjoOMnEG4/v-deo.html
Sir, You can check this. This is absolutely free and no annual fees: www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/cards/Consumer-Cards/Credit-Card/amazon-pay/index.page#
It is very difficult to recommend a single card unless I know your spending pattern and rewards priority. Check out CardExpert.in that gives detailed review about all cards.
