I've already downloaded the update on my phone and a new version also detected automatically. But the upgrade option remains constant active and update never happens. Please help.

Hello i have carlink 5.0 with newest software, and i saw propably after actualization It doesn't display the song title; instead, the word "music" appears on the screen. Previously, song titles were definitely displayed, for example, from Spotify. Can anyone help?
This may not be an issue with Carlinkit but with the Android auto or apple carplay app connection with the Spotify!

Hi Prakash, thanks for this!! Even, Carlinkit support team suggested this way long back to me when i was facing issues with device update. However, i didn't follow this method of downloading apk file. The only question i have is could this not be dangerous downloading and installing other than from play store? It may lead to malware and it's Chinese product/site. So, I'm being skeptical. How is your experience with this installation? Are you confident it can trusted?
Carlinkit is not just a total Chinese brand and has a good base in USA and UK market!
I beleive a brand of this size won't do any activity which would hamper their reliability and trustworthiness..
I would suggest once the device is updated, remove the application

Once you order you will get the tracking id within 2/3 days
After you get tracking id it takes about 10 days to deliver
@@prakashparadisee thanks buddy got the device today. What is the best app to play music in this ai box by default it is vlc. Issue right now is if you have songs in a folder it will only play those songs when it is done doesnot move to another folder

Brother I'm using car linkit 5.0 in my Hyundai Alcazar sometimes my screen goes black nothing work and then i unplug this device and again plug it starts working is there any issue in it..and where u stay in lko i stay in gomti nagar near Amity School

However, I have also found other AA adapters namely ottocast on which you have also made a video and MXTTYL android auto which has garnered so many positive feedbacks in amazon and team bhp forum related to faster & stable connection. No it doesn't ! you can tap no and proceed! I was making video so my mind was way too engrossed to interrupt that.

Let me explain this to you-
Carlinkit 5.0 or Tbox Plus/Max can be only installed in your car if your car infortainment system has wired apple carplay or wired Android auto.
So this is good for anyone who doesn't want to change their stock system
wireless Android auto stereo player is good for person whose car is equipped with a basic infotainment system.
These two products target two different buyers!
