  • This is my first experiment with the Kruve Sifter. I removed the microfine particles as well as the boulders on a specific grind size. After doing so, I brewed the coffee and the results might surprise you.

    Thanks for the video! When are you planning to create a video about experimenting with the groove, boulders, and microfine particles? Looking forward to it!

      I think I did that already. Maybe I need to look for it and send it to you.

    It would be great to conduct two tests:
    1. Set up several the grinders to obtain the best-tasting espresso shot, then check the particle distribution for each grinder.
    2. Using the best espresso shot grinder settings for one grinder, try to reproduce a similar particle distribution with the other two grinders by adjusting their grind settings. Then, compare the taste of espresso from all three grinders.
    P.S. It would be fantastic to perform the same tests for V60 as well, using Kruve sieves appropriate for filter coffee.

      Thank you, I found and watched it! Could you please share for your best espresso shot and V60 cup:
      * particle distribution weights
      * Kruve sieve sizes and sifting time
      * grinder model and its settings (clicks)
