Everything you said is things I already know but it's not always easy to put it into action. I listen to my meditations on UA-cam so even if my intention was to go find a meditation I can so easily get distracted. Okay that sounds like an excuse lol but really what I'm saying is thank you for this great video. You articulated everything so perfectly and in general this was an excellent reminder for myself.
