Rocket buggies are hilariously overpowered they are one of the fastest vehicles in the game with insane range and DPS and they can fire while moving. Sitting in a line not moving and firing at each other is not what rocket buggies do. Rocket buggies come screaming outta nowhere, dump their load all over your base/army and then piss off leaving you there without even making breakfast or calling you a cab.
Yeah, but you can take 4 inferno cannons with black napalm and infinite hold a chokepoint by force attacking the middle of it, as long as you give them some AA to protect against airstrikes and scud launchers. Hell, add one nuke cannon artillery helping out and you won't ever be bothered by a rocket buggy. My point is they are completely different units with different uses.
but inferno does better is fact. buggy can only superior when you micro manage well only usable on hit run strat inferno does lot use that buggy cant arc range, can bypass building or terrain, perfect for choke area dmg burn dot the flame does lot dmg to building and infantry, better than buggy
IC do best what artillery is suposed to do: long range+high damage+area denial, excelent against most things with little to no movement. Buggys instead only aproach the concept of artillery in that they are long range assassins. They can ravage armor columns with hit and run attacks and easilly disasemble or at least disuade any offensive movement. But they are pretty lame against infantry, and take their time wearing down defenses and buildings.
If it's open plains and kiting, then rocket buggy will win. Inferno cannon meanwhile is better at elevation due to position correctly, rocket buggy can't hit it due to its rather straight trajectory. They just need to cut off access with firestorms (aka turtling, China's main strategy). That one can be countered by scud. Non ZH version rocket buggy is best used against loaded humvees. Performing reverse kite.

The obly up side to the rockets buggys is that they can get veteran upgrades more quicker there more faster and can reapir on there own ublike the ic which would need a speaker tower or overlord tank

Reason why rocket buggies loose is the lack of splash dmg on their attacks, but they make more than up for it by being extremely agile, I once used 1 buggy to angro enemy tanks 1 after another killing them off one by one, attack retreat attack rinse repeat. I don't rem exactly but I think my kill count from that one buggy was 20+
China wins all matches. +5000 Sesame Credit Chinese Artillery is invincible and does not explode when hit by enemy rockets. -100 for each Self propelled Artillery lost.
Funny fact everyone: As far as I've heard, The developers of the game specially overpowered the china faction so that the game wouldn't be a target of the chinese propaganda. That is also how Overlord tank even got into the game, It wasn't supposed to be there. But they needed to make the faction look powerful too (Although overlord is mostly shit and vulnerable to swarms)

Inferno canon have a side effect attack "splash attack" And the fire damage stil there in 3-5 second
Rocket buggy excel on mobility and Inferno usually use for suppression support fire( they miss a lot)
