That smiling headsculpt on Thor looks like Shartimus prime to me lol the standard head looks great though. Thor is my favorite MCU character, so that’ll definitely be a must have for me.
I wish the war machine armor was the infinity war one cuz we got one from Endgame but as Iron Patriot, but nothing from infinity war. Maybe we also could’ve gotten an AOU wanda to go with her brother who was released in the previous wave.
I would’ve loved to have seen Bruce Banner in a 3 pack with the regular Bruce, a slightly taller “transforming” figure with an angry head and then a hulk
If they reused/retooled the zombie hunter spidey body mold, we would’ve had the perfect civil war spidey! But i do prefer this body mold to the homecoming version so i guess that’s a win 🤷🏾♂️ def getting 2 stealth caps tho! One to open and one to keep mint!
took me a while to notice but caps head is actually a repainted worthy cap head! but with a painted chinstrap! I honestly prefer it as the civil war version was a bit too thin/narrow
I agree that this wave is pretty underwhelming, they definitely should’ve thrown in some new tooling especially on the Cap and Spidey. But I’m completely fine with Rhodey over Fury in this wave as personally I’m gonna be pretty satisfied with just the new Secret Invasion one on my shelf, and I don’t have a Rhodey yet in my collection. I can definitely understand the need for a new Avengers Nick Fury though. I think I’ll just be grabbing War Machine, Black Widow, and Thor, maybe Banner will tempt me if he goes on sale, but I doubt it.
Still waiting on a Age of Ultron Wanda to go with the Quicksilver we have and a 2012 Avengers Loki... Out of these reveals I'm definitely getting Mark 2, Natasha, Bruce, and WS Steve. Probably War Machine too since I didn't get the original release
The vast majority of figures aren't worth upgrading existing purchases. I will probably get the Mark II and Bruce Banner figures (although I have the original, it's not very good), but the rest is a hard pass. If they were going to revisit Dark World, I would much rather have seen Malekith or his pet monster (whose name escapes me at the moment), Jane, or Frigga. Hasbro in recent years has just gotten soooo lazy with the constant repacks/repaints. But it does make it a lot easier to ignore the releases and keep my money.
I sort of expected stuff like this because it was called like the best of infinity saga wave so I’m not too let down. I’m definitely going to get Thor, Mark 46, Cap, Black Widow and War Machine day one and I will wait a little bit for Bruce but I still want him! Pretty decent wave overall!

I can’t believe they’re reusing an inaccurate sculpt from 2016 and not even painting the web lines or the other suit details. We know they could’ve as well! They made a great version of this suit for the homecoming wave. Instead, they chose to use the inferior one. :(
Big miss. Spidey looks interesting the colors are at least spot on. The Winter Soldier cap is such a miss. They should've at least used the Endgame body

I bought a kitbash from a local collector of the old winter soldier cap with the endgame cap unmasked head on it with the masked headsculpt too, so I’m already set lol the Spider-Man is better color wise, but the design is still not accurate. I never liked the arms on that figure because they just look really small to me.
The most frustrating part about this wave is that there are no new sculpts and the reuse they chose is baffling. Why no new characters either? Ancient One is beyond overdue. Black Widow should have been the Civil War look, especially when they have the body for it already. There's just no excuse for those dated legs. Bruce Banner was almost perfect, who wouldn't they use the pinless legs? Why doesn't War Machine have an unmasked head? Thor finally has a good headsculpt at least. I get why they churn out so many Spider-Mans and Iron Mans, but I'm so tired of seeing them. As far as the Infinity Saga goes we really need Whiplash, Justin Hammer, Aldrich Killian, Ancient One, Kaecilius, Frigga, Destroyer, Malekith, Kurse, Topaz, The Warriors Three, etc., etc...
And they still got the spider on his chest wrong like I understand the first time around they couldn't use the movie accurate suit and they only had the concept art and production ones to go off of and didn't wanna spoil the movie at the time ok completely understandable but time has passed, everyone saw the movies and know he's in the MCU so what's the reason now?
I guess Hasbro thinks most of us legends collector suffer from amnesia ,just slap paint on some ole shitty figure and i suppose ppl are so gulible they'll buy that shit again and again .No thanks not even on clearance .
