I don’t think people realize how much light pours out of their phone in a darkened theatre. I was at a Shakespeare production just the other day and a woman four rows ahead of me and about 12 seats over, had her phone out. I could see that she wasn’t just checking a text message ( which she shouldn’t be doing either) but was moving from one site to another. So annoying - and she can’t say she didn’t know as there is always an announcement beforehand telling the audience to Turn Off their phones. 😠
There are captions. Press the "cc" button in the top right corner of the video. Also, if you look at the bottom of the description section, there's a button to "show transcript," which - along with the dialogue - shows when each line is said, making it easier to follow along.
Can we please get these shown in front of every film in cinemas? That would be ideal. 😂
