These were doctored up guns Alex owned. There was one gun left there at the property not used in the murders. The shell casings that were collected next to the bodies were the same ones used on their shooting range and other areas of the property. The shell casings matched each other and that's what the Firearms expert was trying to say. They don't actually have the murder weapon gun but they have one that's very similar. The important point is that whoever killed Paul and Maggie used Alex's specialty gun and did not bring a different Weapon to the crime scene.

The most OUTSTANDING Finding that has not been looked into is the defendant claim to his Friend that he was addicted to OPIODS. I have worked with many Veterans that have bee addicted to OPIODS and they would tell you that ounce you're on them you have to take them all the time or you will go into DT's and other reactions. The Defendant as far as I can see dose NOT show any of the signs of being addicted and the Defense has not talked about this defendant not being able to sit in one place for too long or having a problem staying awake during the long days of this trial. This may be another lie he has created to have an alibi for his actions. I am surprised the Prosecution has not already requested a DRUG SCREEN. I know for a FACT from my wife who runs a Lab that OPIODS stay in your system for almost a year and sometimes long depending on the addiction.

I am also not sure he is dedicated or honest enough to be one! Since he was expelled, several people have found him jobs--and ge does not stay. Supposedly the law school had negotiated some terms with him--including a minimum GPA for subsequent semesters--and he has not even contacted them to set up a time to meet in person, part of their requirement. In talking with his dad about it, Buster even called the Dean by his first name. All entitlement, no sense of responsibility or remorse for cheating!
