So sad to see that this site has had so few hits/views. IMO & experience this content represents one of the most succinct and practical summaries of the topic I have read/seen in decades. Beats most of the flowery, affected HR 'stuff" polluting the media with form-without-substance.

Only today I know that this wonderful site exists. Following from Sierra Leone
This helped me a lot in my HR assignment :)
Effective feedback must be encouraged to identify and close gaps in employee performance. For a manager to rate an employee remotely, a performance management software is a must-have to appraise an employee with accurate data.
Clear and informative. Thank you
Good video. Just FYI, the "Feedback" section says 'No supersizes in feedback,' I think you meant to write 'surprises'
very well demonstrated.

Good video! Greetings from germany
Character In the video It's great, I like it a lot $$
What are the performance management activities?
There is a typo on the Feedback slide. "supersizes" should be "surprises."
Looks like PM thwarts employee autonomy which in turn decreses autonomous motivation...
