GOAT Tight End! Thank you for all your contributions towards making the Patriots the greatest dynasty in football history! Patriots fans will love you eternally. Best of luck on your retirement (unless if you wish to come back).
As a Steelers fan, congrats Gronk. Theres literally nobody else on the Patriots that I respect more than this guy. Even though I hated it when he would hop on the field when he played against us, he’s still the most humble player on that team. Much respect to this guy. Best of luck on your Retirement. Playing the Patriots wont ever be the same.
I am so lucky to have seen him play live!! Thank You for all the memories and happiness. I will never see someone as energetic as you man!! Best wishes!!!
Gronks last catch was 29 years long, he is 29 years old when he retired, he had 6 receptions in the superbowl, the patriots have 6 superbowl wins and he had 87 reception yards in the superbowl which is his number. This game was meant to be his last.
I'll never forget one play where Gronk caught a pass, a defender grabbed on to his leg and Gronk dragged the defender for several more yards like a dad with a young child as he playfully dragged the child on a kitchen floor attached to his leg. You made the right decision Gronk, as much as we will miss you, it's time to heal up and go on to the next chapter of your life. Best wishes from all the football fans who are not just a fan of their favorite team but a fan of the game.

And on the very next play, he blocked for Michel to get his sixth TD of the playoff run. While he didn’t get as many targets as when he was 100%, he was still one of the best if not the best blocking TE out there, and definitely helped Michel set the postseason rookie TD record. He will be missed in all aspects of the game, from practice and preparation, via locker room and sideline presence, to run and pass blocking and of course receiving.
I shed a tear there at the end. I was at the Browns game when he tore his ACL, it was so sad. I'm so happy for him that he went out on top. Such a likable guy and obviously a great player. Thank you so much Gronk it was awesome watching you play. Enjoy.
