BONUS WEEKEND POST*
Watch this quick round of invasion in the new Squad mod. I play as a Ukrainian Anti-Tank trooper and fill the role just fine.
Apologies for the lack of longer content. The simple reason is the queue line to get into the Ukraine/Russia faction servers are always full and have 20+ players waiting so by the time I get in sometimes, half the game has been played out.
I will keep trying though to get a full 1 hour usual format for the Wednesday post.
NEW UPDATE - 04-27-2023
Been hearing that OWI has pulled the Ukraine mod off the public servers until the Russian Z's can ben removed.
So this might be the last Ukraine mod video you'll see from me for a bit because I only managed to squeak out a few games before it was pulled.
Here's hoping after that patch that the mod will return because all politics aside, the kits are fun as hell to use compared to vanilla Squad.

so sad that MEE got forced for remove ZVO symbols in game.
it's like remove german cross in ww2 games tho.
i don't still get it is, what da hell is matter with we shoot vehicles with Z and got shot by russian troops with Z in MilSim mod?
I get offended when I see American flags, since they invited countries as well, and now want them banned 😡😡 (this is how stupid it sounds 🤣🤣)

They did start removing both the swaztika and the iron cross from WWII media, which imo is a form of censorship and shouldn't be allowed

Not going to happen for maybe a week or two. Maybe more. The Squad v4.4 update changed playable layers so MEE is kind of broken rn and you can only play a select few factions and maps.

No idea but it should be soon. The said around the 14th of April it would take a month to work around the Squad V4.4 updates later changes.

They took UA vs RUS out for now. Hopefully it will be back soon
They didn’t just take out the UA vs RUS because of the controversy. There was an update that changed the playable layers in Squad V4.4. So it’s like super limited in what teams and maps lol.

i never understood how i can play that mod in squad
It’s an MEE mod but they have taken it down recently because of the Z symbols. It’s honestly stupid, like why not remove all faction names from the game if your gonna do that. People that are offended or uncomfortable about a symbol aren’t even mature enough to play this game.
@@superbz2914 that's so stupid, this is a milsim game for a milsim community not for kids.
it’s currently limited in what you can play on the mod too. Squad’s V4.4 update changed the playable layers so like only 15 maps and team combos are playable rn. Which isn’t the full number by a mile lol.

Also OWI did not remove the servers. That is utterly false. The mod makers did that because you know it’s their mod. OWI really has no say in it unless they do something genuinely bad. The newest squad version update messed with MEE so only a few maps and teams are playable. You would know this if you joined the server lol.
