It was 45 years since I had been there. Just got back 2 weeks ago. It has really changed. Still like the southern side of OBX Less People. We camped at Avon by the Sea ready to go back.
I'm Canadian and I'll be heading to OBX on August 13th for a mini vacation. I hope the people there won't correct my pronunciation/annunciation of certain words like all theses people in this comment section. can drive on the beach some areas , any one can afford a beach house walk or drive to the beach in 10 mins ,any one can go to the beach ,beach is not just for the very very very rich , wind surfing sound side ,sunsets , not a myrtle beach

Fr, jennets pier is 2 minutes away from me and it’s always super packed with tourists and half of the bridge fell off into the water during a hurricane.
@@601TRAVELS don’t listen to them, if you go down the road you will see a sign that say “Baum bay” I live on that road and the weight brothers memorial is completely free, only at the cost of your legs climbing up the treacherous hill!
I went to Kitty Hawk this past December for my job. Let me say I am highly thinking about moving out there.
If you do move outside of obx we are going through a housing crisis because the amount of vacation houses vs residential houses
