if you sauté the tomatoes first before the meat, the tomatoes will taste even better. so after garlic and onion, put the tomatoes. more juices will come out and the flavor will intensify. (do this until the tomatoes are soften and limp)
Try locking the shutter speed to 2x your FPS. Your shutter speed needs to be a multiple of 10 for pal. so 1/30 1/40 1/60. You could try experimenting to see if that fixes it. If you're filming 25 fps try 1/50.
