calling tarkin on the com and telling him he's a "fucking c***" is just brilliant
Snatch Wars is hands down the best fan edit ever, its hilarious!
Check out sheen wars
My god I lost it
If you're Welsh then Taff Wars is where it's at
@@ChrisHopkinsBass I'm a Geordie mate, there is a Geordie Star Wars out there too. I doubt he'd understand half if it though. The line that kills me is when you have Luke and Ben looking off towards Mos Eisley in the distance and you get the classic "You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy - SUNDERLAND!"
There so many good ones out there tbh.
Star Wars meets Full Metal Jacket, where the ever cursing drill instructor Gunney is Darth Vader.
ua-cam.com/video/ajXBF5UOM4g/v-deo.html
But I really this Snatch Wars too, I never saw this one before.
It absolutely is
The battle of the 2 Alan's, where only 1 is called Alan 🤣🤣
What about Sir Alan Guinness? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
In the original An American Werewolf in London, 1981, Alan Ford was the taxi driver that told David about the murders in London the previous night
Just a couple of things to help you understand what he was saying. When he says pedigree chums. Chum is another word for pal, friend. But pedigree chum is the name of a brand of dog food. Also, "I'll cut your Jacob's off" is cockney rhyming slang. Jacob's crackers, knackers. (Testicles)
Begbie from trainspotting star war, will probably have to be translated to scottish.
He may be a Yank, but I'm sure he's not THAT stupid.
@@iim4xii129 I don't think he's stupid but different humour or how ever they spell it over in America😊
I have watched Snatch and Star Wars a hundred times but never knew this existed. That was awesome
Oscar worthy. Absolute genius.
Grand Moff Tarkin is basically the highest ranking person in the imperial military. He's also the commander of the Death Star. I assume there's an element of the naval premise that a captain of a ship outranks everyone else on his ship as it's his ship.
It's explained in the comics I believe, the Emperor outright commands Vader to obey Tarkin
Snatch Wars is fucking awesome. The actor who played Brick Top actually reacted to the video 😅😂
A lot of the Star Wars films are shot in British studios, so day to day during filming you'd hear a lot of "you f**in wots" in the background.
The only thing that instantly springs to mind that Alan Ford has a major role in is a comedy horror called Cockneys Vs Zombies. There's a lot of Brick Top in the character he plays, he's a resident in an old peoples home attacked by Zombies, a race between a zombie and a pensioner on a walking frame is funny as fuck.
There have been numerous low budget British movies in this genre that I think will appeal to your sense of humour, Eat Locals is another good one.
That was a hilarious movie, I loved it
Excellent film
he was also the narrator in "lock stock and two smoking barrels"
@@stuartcollins82 Feck me, I forgot about that movie. I haven't seen it in years. Will have to dig out that dusty ol' dvd now lol.
He was also in The Long Good Friday as well. Dude has been around.
As far as I understand, Darth Vader was played by our very own Green Cross Code man done up like a super hero. A public information advert that taught kids how to cross roads without getting squished. It went on for years.
David Prowse was his name
Indeed it was David Prowse. He was most proud of that work as well.
Dave was Brit weight lifting champ back in the day
"He's going down in the fourth..." - Absolute genius!
Alan Ford has a smaller role in Lock Stock, playing Sting's barman. He has a very small role in An American Werewolf in London playing a Taxi driver, another movie to watch it you've not seen it. You only really see him from behind as he's driving the taxi but the voice is so distinctive.
Imagine cutting this into the original movie and showing it to someone who has never seen Star Wars but saying nothing about it.
Brilliant!
R.e Star Wars
Eddie Izzard does a sketch from the Death Star canteen (Inc the Lego men). Hilarious 🤣
I only learned fairly recently that the 'epic fight scene' music is a song by Oasis, called 'Fucking in the Bushes'.
I was never a 'fan' as such of Oasis, but always loved the tune and thought it perfect for that scene, and now, whenever seeing footage of Ukrainians defeating the invading Russians, I have that bit of music in my head as background fluff!
Banging tune lad.
The first time I watched them live was in 2000 at Murrayfield in Edinburgh for the Familiar to Millions tour. The album they released of the same name was their performance a week before at Wembley in London.
That's the intro song. Bosch.
Went to see Liam at Knebworth last month outside London, he came onto the stage to it once again. Epic.
From what I've seen the Ukrainians are losing.
@@pauldryburgh6346 2000 for me too but at Bolton Reebok. Saw them another 4 times after that. Great live band!
Also fucking in the bushes is in relation to the gypsy culture, they don’t have houses and they’re often seen as uncultured. Therefore they’re fucking in the bushes
Hes in lock stock and 2 smoking barrels but in a very small role and he is the films narrator too. He's also in cockneys vs zombies which is another underrated British comedy. I mentioned it in another video but the gentlemen is also worth a watch, it's brand new and a guy Ritchie film
Alan Ford aka Brick ~Top along as being a part time Actor, Club Comedian does indeed come from a long line of traditional style London Villains from back in the day. So he obviously knows his stuff. Along with Jason Statharm in his early years had a bit of a history of being a Street Vendor whom on occasion was a Seller of Stolen Goods. Hence Guy Richie certainly chooses his Characters well.
He's also in a proper funny horror/comedy called cockneys v zombies. Wicked flick
My sister made me a needlepoint with a pair of lightsabers and the words, "They go through bone like butter". Pride of place on my wall.
When those guys are looking at some monitor screen and Vader says "What the f*ck are you two looking at!!" cracks me up🤣
Your reaction to Snatch was great. One of the best mash up scenes I've seen is the Luke and Yoda scene on Dagoba where there is a whole song and it looks like Yoda is singing it. It's hilarious.
You learn more about Grand Moff Tarkin in The Clone Wars which is so worth watching.
Seagulls stop it now😂😂😂😂
Facts, the yoda and luke bit is by Bad Lip Reading and is great
If you want a good B-movie to watch, Cockneys vs Zombies, Ford is in that too. Its like Snatch meets Shaun Of The Dead.
It's not an all time great, but in the original context of a B-movie you'd be happy if it came free with a main feature.
Was gonna suggest this too, great film
Alan Ford. Check out the classic UK gangster movie 'The Long Good Friday'. Bob Hoskins, Helen Mirren, even a young Pierce Brosnan.
And incidentally, my grandfather knew Sir Alec Guinness. He was captain of a warship my grandfather was lieutenant on during WW2. Top man by all accounts.
Saw it years ago but had quite forgotten about it. Enjoyed re-watching it with you.
Alan ford was in a film called cockneys vs zombies brilliant movie
ive waited years for this reaction!
I’ve never seen this before and now I want more 😂😂
You should have watched the scene when he finally retorts over the intercom in one go. It is priceless as a flow.
Alan Ford is in lock stock and two smoking barrels too. He only has a small part as a barman in Eddie's dad's bar.
You could fall in love with an orangutan in that
@@harrynelson9203 🤣... I asked you to give me a refreshing drink, I wasn't expecting a fuckin rainforest.
@@brad270472 🤣🤣 i was going to quote that originally 👌🏻👍🏻
this is my favourite reaction you have done absolutely hilarious when he turned round to Princess leigh and said well you should do you soppy tart 🤣
This is absolutely 💯 % great comedy mix. Funniest Star Wars mix I've seen.. Alan Ford is a great gangster character.
Yeeess I’d forgotten about this! So good 🤣
Still one of the greatest videos on UA-cam 😂
That was fantastic, and I'd never seen it before. It would have definitely shit me up when I was a kid watching it; I'm old enough to have watched the first viewing when it came out!
👍 Alan Ford's also in "Cockney's vs zombies". I've not seen him in any other movies, but mainly on UA-cam in small TV roles.
He's in lock stock too, he makes a few appearances, he's outside jd's (sting) bar telling eddy hid old man wants to see him
@@garymoore5044 oh yeah! of course! I completely forgot about lock stock.
alan ford was the taxi driver in an American werewolf in London
Ooh, ooh, now watch "Vader Sessions" (by Akjak) from so many years ago!! He used the voice of James Earl Jones' other movie performances dubbed over his original Darth Vader performance to portray the story of Darth Vader having a nervous breakdown!
The Vader Sessions are awesome! 👍
@@chriscjad It's clearly where the inspiration for this video came from too! Actually it looks like whoever made this used the Vader Sessions video for most of this straight up, and just changed the audio.
@@pistonburner6448 yes the original! 👍
Me too! Lol
For some reason, I always thought Brick Top was played by 'Mad Frankie Fraser', an old British Gangster of the same ilk as the character in the film.
Maybe he was the inspiration for the character.
You REALLY need to see Eddie Izzards Death Star Canteen. The Lego one is mint
If you want to see more Alan Ford he has a cameo in lock stock and two smoking barrels which you will enjoy.
Alan ford is in Cockneys versus Zombies too, hell of a film, got that fit brunette that was on Eastenders years ago in as well
Alan Ford was in Lock Stock as well, he mainly narrated the film.
That was brilliant thank you King 😀
Audio limitations aside, I like to think Brick Vader calls everyone Erroll because he can’t be bothered to learn anyone’s name lmao
He calls people Erroll not Harold
@@vinniedixon1140 Oh gotcha. I’ll amend my post accordingly lol
Alan Ford is also in Cockneys Vs Zombies, that's a pretty funny film but his most iconic role will always be Snatch
Allan Ford was Sting’s bar manager in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels!
Lock Stock is legendary.
See this when it first came out, classic!
Clever job to match the dialogue so well as you said . This sort of mash up can be a bit hit and miss - this one's very much on target .
Alan Ford has a tiny part in Lockstock and 2 smoking barrels, .... which you DEFO need to watch !
omg, thats the best one! works perfext. thanks
That was brilliant thanks 🙏
You should watch
‘Teeside Van Dam’,
it’s basically a regional accent in North East England in a area named Teeside.
The People who live there always say ‘we…….lllll’ in a long drawn out style before, during or after conversation.
It’s basically Jean Claude Van Dam dubbed over where they chat about their enemies and trying g to bang girls. 😂😂
ua-cam.com/video/Hwa195Y3S4Q/v-deo.html
Thankyou for viewing this as I recommended to you not long ago. Glad you liked it🤣😂🤣
He's in another movie called the long good Friday. It's about the London mob Vs the IRA. Has a sick soundtrack. Pierce brosnans first film.
If you liked watching this, Boomy - there are others who do it just like that as well . .. Bad Lip Reading (US) did a great 2 part Stranger Things parody, and of Soy Pablo, even of Game of Thrones Medieval World . . . Rude Guy (UK) - does short parodies of mostly old UK TV stuff - like Stingray, Postman Pat, Joe 90, etc, as well as newer Star Trek TNG, etc . . .
I seem to recall Alan Ford was in the film cockneys vs zombies which was very funny
This was fucking brilliant loved this when it first come out
You had a full-on belly laugh at the exact same point that I did when I first watched this! As you saythe editing here is top notch, not only making the dialogue fit the visuals but also by really making it sounds like it's really part of the scene.
The intercom bit? Pure hilarity!
Glad you took the advice haha
Another YT classic I'm sure you'd enjoy - "Hell's Club". A work of art!
Blink and you’ll miss it, but Alan Ford plays a taxi driver in An American werewolf in London.
Nice one, I enjoyed that 👍
Whoever asked him to watch this well done its one of my favourite videos 😂
Am so glad you so this I love it
Jacobs "as in Jacobs crackers" is rhyming slang for knackers "another slang term for gentlemen vegetables"
Cheers Boomer.... never seen this before and it had me in tears...... Sunday evening laughs sorted 👍 🇬🇧
Everybody is Erol to him. It's like he can't even be bothered to learn their proper names.
There's another mash-up, where Star Wars clips merge with Arnold Schwarzenegger quotes from his movies! Classic!
"I do indeed like the Epic beard!"
1 hour and 1 video later...it's gone! :O
lol
Alec Guiness would be ****ed for sure!
This was brilliant! Put the kettle on!
You should definitely do more movie reactions! I highly recommend the Cornetto Triogy (Shaun of The Dead etc.)
I would recommend that you watch
Love, Honour and Obey.
And In Bruges.
Two films that had me laughing so hard it hurt.
watch Alan Ford in Cockneys vs Zombies
That fight music was done by noel Gallagher, out of oasis. Epic peice of music!
fantastic stuff
They have redone this in 4k it was posted a couple of weeks ago
"Who would win a fight out of *ALEC* Guinness, or *ALAN* Ford?... battle of the ALANS" 🤣🤣
their is even a short Kenneth Williams version on here 😄
😂😂 that was hilarious.
Glad you like Alan Ford, I'm from the same Part of London, Camberwell 😎
I used to live in camberwell, near Albany Park.
I think you would enjoy ‘Teeside Tintin’ (Teeside is a region in the north east of England). It is uber-filthy, but very funny.
Alan Ford. Cockneys vs Zombies. He is in Lock Stock too.
You gotta watch 'gimme gimme gimme' Kathy Burke is thee funniest woman ever 🙌🏾🇬🇧💪🏾
On the Star Wars theme, what about Eddie Izzards Death Star Canteen, especially with the Lego characters
Yoda singing seagulls gotta do it
Seen this - very amusing
We all love snatch 😆
blast from the past this! still hilarious though!
The two Alan's. Alan Ford and Alan Guinness. Alec's brother.
Snatch Wars? I was expecting two loose women fighting over who has
the deepest ...and still no f'in sausages...apparently the sequel is 'The Empire fries back?'
Sausages ?
5 minutes, Turkish !
\If it’s any help, Ford’s in Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
I wonder if Guy Ritchie has seen this? I think he would approve.
Excellent stuff. If you like Star Wars and comedy then I'd also have to recommend Taff Wars, Episode 3: Rhondda bar scene ( ua-cam.com/video/bPM1v2nUkWA/v-deo.html ) which is edited in the same way as this was, and Eddie Izzard: Death Star Canteen ( ua-cam.com/video/Sv5iEK-IEzw/v-deo.html ), a great monologue about, well, the Death Star canteen, and here animated in Lego with the audio from the live stand-up show it was performed at.
Death star canteen !
Excellent !
Highly recommended !
I could suggest phoenix nights with Peter kay as a show to watch
Hello mate, the movie grimsby brothers is an absolutely banger 👌
Alan Ford would definitely win as he's still alive! lol
You should watch Cockneys Vs Zombies its awesome, Alan Ford is the badass Grandpa in it :)
Anybody remember "Chad Vader, day shift manager"?
It was hilarious. "What would you do if I told you there were three killer robots waiting for us just outside this door? "
