this is just straight up homophobic and i dont care if you're going to excuse it with a religious belief. why would a god create you only to hate you for who you are? why would a god create you without some sort of purpose in this world? why would he create us with so many imperfections and difficulties if we werent meant to have these and they must be cleansed or be rid of? this doesnt make sense. if you're afraid of the divine being who gave you the freedom and privilege of life on this beautiful earth, that is a red flag. that is a sign that you are being manipulated by the community that has taught you these religious ideas. if you fear something that is supposed to love you unconditionally, that is not a fear of Allah himself, that is fear of the consequences in this material world of what would happen to you if you didn't conform to the religious dogma. i have no issue with you believing in Allah, everyone believes in something and thats a beautiful thing. what isnt so beautiful is when people use religion as a reason to be hateful of people that dont harm you in any capacity or are intolerant of them. and i think theres something there to be questioned if you genuinely fear the god you are told to love and respect. your relationship with a god should be just like a relationship with a human or animal, reciprocating of unconditional respect, love, appreciation and without fear of being wrong or imperfect. if you fear someone you love, thats a sign of abuse. not that Allah abuses you, but the religious community who has taught you may have abused you, or at the very least asked you to bend their will to them without question. your fear of Allah is not towards him it is of the people who taught you about him. dont get these things twisted. this should be explored, and i hope you do explore what i've said. i do not say it out of malice but out of genuine concern. at the end of the day i know i cannot change your thought, and i will be tolerant of your differing beliefs but not so tolerant of you being homophobic and excusing it with your beliefs.
